This is ideal for developers and land promoters who’d like some expertise and advice regarding their site acquisition, local plan representation, application or appeal.

It’s a 15-minute phone call (at a time to suit you) with Sian Griffiths, director at RCA Regeneration planning and development land consultants.
During the call, Sian will ask you a few questions so that she can understand your planning and outcome aims, as well as any challenges you may have.

Sian will give you some advice and guidance for the best way forward.

Just a quarter of an hour of your time.
If helpful, we may also book in a follow up phone call, a few weeks down the line, so that Sian can ensure you’re all on track.
